Fall is in full swing and holiday events are incoming with a slate of activities across Bossier Parish this November. Find ice shows with iconic music from Disney, learn to dance, see a slate of concerts, and a holiday fireworks show this month in Bossier.
Disney on Ice Presents Frozen & Encanto
Disney brings its magic to Bossier City with Disney on Ice Presents Frozen & Encanto. This ice skating, acrobatic spectacle combines a visual spectacle with singing along to the songs of popular animated movies Frozen and Encanto.

Square Dance Lessons
Have you wanted to learn how to Square Dance? The Southern Swingers Square Dance Club is offering classes every Tuesday at the Promenade Hall in Bossier City. Admission is free and open to all ages. No experience is required, only comfortable shoes and a good attitude!

Old School Dance Hall Fun
Put on your dancing shoes and bring a friend to have some dance hall fun. Dance lessons will taught by Ivan and Vicky Bean with live band music by Brandy Roberts on the keyboard and Kerry Hunter on the drums at 7 p.m. Admission is $15 per person for ages 35 and up to learn, and $10 with no lesson. Cash bar is available.

Fun Run 5K
Calling all runners! Bask in the cooler fall temps and make a difference with this Fun Run 5K at Walker Place Park in south Bossier hosted by Cultivating Valuable Change. $20 per person or $100 per team. Registration opens at 7 a.m. All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

National Black Rodeo Finals
The Baddest Show on Dirt comes to Bossier City with the Real Cowboy Association (RCA) National Black Rodeo Finals. See kids, cowboys and cowgirls come to compete for the championship prize. For over 30 years, the Real Cowboy Association has brough family rodeo to the masses. The RCA rodeo is recognized as an educational, cultural, and historical icon and is dedicated to community involvement through diversified family entertainment. RCA rodeos showcase the role of the African American cowboys’ and cowgirls’ Western Heritage.

Multi-platinum Country music sensation Gabby Barrett will bring her chart-topping hits to the Margaritaville Paradise Theater. Rockets Over the Red Fireworks Festival 2024
This annual event kicks off the Holidays on the Red holidays event with a night of fireworks, drone light show, visit from Santa, and performances by local choirs and dance groups. Food trucks will be stationed along the riverfront, a tree lighting ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. followed by the fireworks at 7:15 p.m.
