Cheap Trick in Concert

Cheap Trick is the eternal engine of power-pop and is currently on the road supporting their 21st studio album, “All Washed Up.” While famous for never playing the same setlist twice, Cheap Trick always delivers their major hits — “Surrender,” “I Want You to Want Me,” “Dream Police”— but is famous for digging deep into their 50-year catalog at shows.

Trace Adkins in Concert

Trace Adkins, a native of northwest Louisiana, is an American country music artist and actor known for his distinctive bass-baritone voice and a career spanning three decades. He is currently celebrating a major career milestone with his 30th Anniversary Tour, debuting in 1996 with the platinum-selling album “Dreamin’ Out Loud.”

Candlebox in Concert

The Seattle grunge veterans have officially called off their retirement, returning in February with a major comeback. Their “Can’t Quit You” Tour will give fans the hits that defined the post-grunge era, like their signature multi-platinum hit “Far Behind.”

Beginners Archery Class & Tournament

Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, want to improve focus and concentration, or are seeking a fun evening activity, this is an exciting introduction to the ancient art of archery. Eighteen signups will get professional instruction with safety training, provided equipment, and a supportive environment. After the lesson, everyone will head to the 3D Archery Range in a contest for bragging rights.

Jon Pardi in Concert

Jon Pardi is balancing a headlining world tour for his new album, having cemented his status as a country mainstay when he was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2023, a goal he had chased since his debut. He now boasts 14 RIAA-certified singles, including massive No. 1 hits like “Head Over Boots,” “Dirt on My Boots,” and “Heartache Medication.”

Bossier City Makers Fair

Shop local with this celebration of handcrafted goods, crafts, arts, and foods from more than 125-plus makers and artisans. This free event features four separate large groups of all handcrafted artisans showcasing one-of-a-kind creations such as pottery, stained glass, knitting, art, jewelry, home décor, clothing, and more. Live music, food, and fun activities will be available for the whole family in a safe environment.

When: March 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Winter Jam 2026

Known as the world’s largest annual Christian music tour, Winter Jam continues its long-standing tradition of being an accessible, “no ticket required” event. Bringing together some of the biggest names in Christian music for an unforgettable night, this year’s show is headlined by Chris Tomlin with supporting acts Matthew West, Katy Nichole, Hulvey, Disciple, Emerson Day, Newsong, and more.

When: March 21 at 6 p.m.

2026 Ms. BPCC & Tiny Cavalier Pageant

A nearly 40-year tradition, this pageant is held annually to select a student representative of Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) as a hostess, spokesperson, and ambassador both on campus and in the community. The college also hosts a Miss Tiny Cavalier competition — an all-natural pageant that selects a young lady to represent alongside Ms. BPCC in her year of service. This event focuses on natural beauty rather than glitz, with participants judged on appearance, personality, projection, and poise.

Shreveport-Bossier Maker Faire

Maker Faire is the “Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth” that gathers fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is an opportunity to showcase their hobbies, experiments, and projects. Brought to you by the North Louisiana STEAM Alliance, this is a free event where everyone can explore, create, and be inspired.

When: March 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Journey in Concert

Journey is just about to embark on what is being billed as their Final Frontier Tour, a massive “thank you” to their fans and definitive farewell to their decades of arena-rock. Concertgoers can expect a career-spanning celebration of their legacy with a special stage design for their farewell.
