Hurricane Alley LIVE

If an outdoor music venue is your jam, then we have just the spot for you!  Hurricane Alley offers a beer garden vibe to the patrons of Beaux Jax, Bayou Axe and Frozen Pirogue as well as a stacked schedule of live music events. And the best part? These music events are free! That’s right! Grab some grub at one of the aforementioned East Bank eateries and enjoy a large-scale outdoor concert. Flying Heart Brewing

The East Bank District is the place to be! If you’re in the mood for live music, you can hop from spot to spot down the East Bank’s Barksdale Blvd. Flying Heart Brewing is a brew pub situated in a historic 1952 fire station and is home to six distinctive brews and a tasting room. But  their diverse selection of craft beer isn’t the only thing that’s bringing crowds to the heart of Bossier  City. Flying Heart has a music lineup ready to take you and your krewe through the summer months. Each Thursday night a different artist is featured that is sure to get your foot tapping and head nodding to the beat.  

Brookshire’s Grocery Arena

We cannot forget how fortunate we are to have a large arena in our backyard bringing some of the biggest and best groups and musicians to our area. Brookshire’s Grocery Arena is a multi-purpose arena located on the banks of the Red River and can accommodate up to 14,000  patrons during concerts. Mark your calendar for upcoming concerts featuring artists like Jelly Roll and Cody Johnson.  

2 John’s Steak & Seafood

 If large arenas aren’t your scene, Bossier has just the locale for your live music fix. Head to 2 John’s Steak & Seafood and grab a craft cocktail, a delicious appetizer or meal and enjoy their low-key music setting. Weekly entertainment is offered in the restaurant’s bar area with local artists such as Seth Bradford, Haley Brooke, Winston Hall, Drew Ley, Steve Ramey, Shawn Stroope,  Jimmy Wooten, and the list goes on. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop

Tacos and live music – is there a better combo? This delicious Baja-style Mexican taco shop offers more than tacos, burritos and nachos! Located off E Texas Street, be sure to checkout this casual dining spot for periodic live music. One of their upcoming music offerings includes the cover band, Charlotte’s Web Band. Enjoy 80s and 90s rock, a few pop songs, and a little funk and disco on June  8th, at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.  

Sweet Caroline’s Dueling Piano Bar

One of the area’s newest additions, this “electric entertainment experience” is sure to have you singing along with the talented and energetic dueling piano performers! A host of fun and lively entertainers rotate from week to week and the lineup never disappoints. This musical hot spot, located at Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets, hosts weekday happy hour specials as well as pop-up themed events and parties. If all the singing along works up an appetite, you will enjoy various featured food trucks like Cajun Asian, Creole Cravings, Masshole Lobster Truck and Mi Meza. Casinos

The casino scene is always bringing the musical heat and offers an assortment of local and big-name artists. Upcoming live music concerts include Tipsey the Band at Horseshoe Casino on May 31st.  Margaritaville Resort & Casino hosted Better Than Ezra in their Paradise Theater on May 25th and will host local talent Seth Bradford on May 31 at the 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar.  

The Stage at Silver Star Smokehouse

Another outdoor venue we cannot get enough of! You can find this concert venue attached to the popular eatery Silver Star Smokehouse. The Stage offers VIP accommodations like private cabanas, a VIP lounge, reserved tables or a large open space for standing room only. This outdoor concert venue has hosted countless musicians over the years, including Pat Green, Sam Hunt, Ted Nugent, Jana Kramer, John Michael Montgomery and Dustin Lynch.
